Digital Products

You have 30 days to ask for a refund or swap your digital product. If more than 30 days have passed since you bought it, we can't give you a refund or exchange.

To ask for a refund for an e-book or audiobook, email contact@benjaminwallacebooks.com and include:

  • Your receipt.
  • Why you want a refund.

If you're having trouble using our product with your e-reader, attach any emails you've had with our support team to your refund request. You can reach them at help@bookfunnel.com.

We can't process your refund if we don't have this information.

Physical Products

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you get something that's damaged or not working, we'll refund you 100%.

If you need to return something, all items must be unopened, unused, and undamaged.

To start the return process, email contact@benjaminwallacebooks.com. Put "Returns" in the subject line and tell us your order number, your name, and why you want to return it. We'll tell you where to send it back.

It's a good idea to get a shipping receipt in case it gets lost. You'll need to pay for return shipping.

After we get the item and check for damages, we'll email you to let you know if your refund is approved. If it is, the money will be back in your account soon, using the way you originally paid.
