E-books

To ask for a refund for an e-book, email contact@benjaminwallacebooks.com and please include:

  • Your receipt.
  • Why you want a refund.

If you're having trouble using our product with your e-reader, attach any emails you've had with our support team to your refund request. You can reach them at help@bookfunnel.com.

We can't process your refund if we don't have this information.

Paperback books & Box sets

We can't accept returns or provide refunds for paperback books or box sets.

📦 Reshipping Policy 

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

We are happy to resend your order once the correct address is confirmed. A reshipping invoice will be sent to cover the additional postage.
