I’m loving the Duke & Cover series by Benjamin Wallace!
Something different to read. I'm enjoying them.
I just finished the first book. Very enjoyable read. I like the kindle format, and it was easy to download with bookfunnel. I was traveling and had limited internet access and it was still easy. Looking forward to book 2 but having to pace myself a little because of work obligations (my heart wants to binge the whole series but at this moment that would be a very bad idea).
Haven't finished my first book yet but enjoying it so far. 😀

These books are great! I love the tone of the writing and the snark and humor. The added ridiculousness of some of the side effects of the apocalypse are outstanding. I love the idea of renaissance actors and crew creating their own kingdom. I’m not all the way through yet, but I’m really enjoying this series. However, I did just finish book three and now I’m kind of mad at you.

1st book complete. So far so good can't wait to get into the second book in the series
Best post-apocalyptic series I’ve read yet. Not quite as funny or absurdist as the ads claim. But still a fun read. The only way you’ll lose me at this point is if Chewy dies.

Downloaded the ebook version for my Kindle as we went on holiday to visit my wife's family throughout England. These proved to be the perfect books for plane and train trips over the last several weeks. Plus, I really appreciated the detailed instructions on the procedures to download and install the books on Kindle. Thanks again.

Absolutely loved the books
An excellent way to access an excellent world and be able to read them all straight through without having to find/purchase them separately. I had previously read each of these on their own in the past, some in formats I no longer had access to. When a new volume set in this world was announced, I knew I had to revisit the adventure to prepare for more excitement and laughter (okay, sometimes just chuckles and sometimes suppressed groaning). I have been all but overjoyed with this collection and highly recommend it to anyone first learning of its existence as well as to anyone coming back to it from any point in time.
4 Stars Wallace takes the End of the World and puts it thru his Meat Grinder and Serves up Savage Sausage!
4 Stars Funny and entertaining! Author has a great way of making a joke in almost any situation but not to the point where it gets old or annoying.
4 Stars Honestly, I had this book for a while, but never really gave it a chance. I'm honestly, not sure why, but I always found what I thought were better books initially. However after trading off between the Kindle book & Audible copy, I thoroughly enjoyed it. I look forward to what becomes of Jerry & Chewy.
5 Stars This is a rip-roaring, page-turning story that had me reading long into the night. Very unusual mutant creatures prowling about and major cities retaken by nature added to the fun. Loved this. I highly recommend it.
5 Stars Post-Apocalyptic Nomadic Warriors is book #1 of A Duck and Cover Adventure Series by Benjamin Wallace. Sounds strange but it’s a post-apocalyptic comedy of sorts. I thought it started a little slow but I’m really glad I stuck with it. Funny characters that I was rooting for and I ended up really enjoying the humor. Loved the mad max RV!

5 Stars This is a great humorous read on a serious subject, especially with our current pandemic situation. I (almost) felt guilty for laughing as much as I did. Thanks for the irreverent humor that keeps me going through this madness!
5 Stars Great story set - yes - after the apocalypse. The "PANW with No Name" is an absolute delight and the story is surprisingly touching. Well done to the author and I look forward to reading more from him. Most highly recommended!
